SC Kentucky Southern College SP Southern Police Institute U Urban & public affairs, undergrad. 1950s Reuel Hamilton, 58DMD and Virginia Satterly Hammilton, 56A, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on June 9, 2016 at St. James Episcopal Church in Marietta, Georgia. 1960s Edward McMahon, 69A, was elected to Cheshire Academy Sports Hall of Fame in October. 1970s Charles "Chuck" Byrne, 72A, was named a Fellow of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (A.I.G.A), San Francisco Chapter. The Center for Women and Fami- lies (CWF) honored alumnae Pamela Greenwell, 75L and Joanne Berryman, 80N, at the 30th Celebration of Service & Survival. Thomas D. Simmons, 77S, and Vicki L. Simmons, 86K, celebrated their 36th anniversary. Tom is a managing partner at Treava Engineered Homes, and Vicki has a private consulting and psychotherapy practice. Daniel K. Guy, 79GM, 82MD, was named chair of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons' (AAOS) Board of Councilors. 1980s David E. Danhauer, 82MD, was selected as chairman of the Healthcare Informa- tion and Manage- ment Systems Society (HIMSS) on the National Physician Committee. Danhauer is currently the System VP/Chief Medical Information Officer at Owensboro Health. Susan Huttenlo- cher, 82A, retired after 40 years as a self-employed air teacher. She was also named a master painter in 2017 by the Kentucky Watercolor Society. Stephen Rader, 84B, was named vice president of LogTag Recorders, LTD, to develop the North American market for data logging solutions in food and pharmaceutical temperature monitoring. Scott C. Cox, 85L, was appointed by Governor Matt Bevin to serve a four-year term as the chairman of the Louisville Arena Authority. George Nichols, 85GA, was pro- moted to executive vice president in charge of the Office of Govern- mental Affairs, which includes all state, federal and international legislative, regulatory and public policy issues at New York Life. John J. Wernert III, 85MD, recently joined the Sagamore Institute as a vice president and the inaugural director of the Center for National Health Policy and Innovation. Glenn C. Michelson, 86A, 90MD, ac- cepted a position at Plexxikon, Inc. as the vice president of Oncology. Steve Hall, 88A, will serve as the leader of the Intellectual Prop- erty Protection and Litigation Service team at Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP. 1990s Tara Wigginton, 90A, 93L and Tim Hagerty, 91A, met through SGA when Wigginton was president and Hagerty the vice president. Hagerty is currently a partner at Frost Brown Todd and Wigginton is a judge in Family Court. Frederick Justin Staly, 91GJA, was elected to a four-year term as sheriff of Flagler County, Florida on Nov. 8, 2016. John S. Lueken, 92L, was named estate planning practice group chair at Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP. Bradley A. Case, 95L, a partner with Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, was inducted as a fellow to the American College of Trial Lawyers. Jennifer L. Kovalcik, JD, 99MU, 02L, was elected to the American Intellectual Property Law Association Board of Directors on Oct. 28, 2016. 2000s Michelle Eisenmenger Mapes, 00A, 03L, was admitted as a fellow to the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers while practicing at the Louisville law firm of Diana L. Skaggs + Partners, PLLC. Julie R. Taylor, 91N, and Fred T. Taylor, 92A, celebrat- ed their 25th anniversary in May. Living in Fort Worth, Texas, Fred works for Southwest Airlines and serves as the Liaison to the Department of Transportation, Aviation Consumer Protection Division. Julie is a RN/BSN Care Transitions Manager for Texas Health Resources at Harris Methodist Hospital.
