The meeting was orchestrated by Alumni Relations staff members Megan Reeves, 11A, 15GB, and Madison Crawford, 14B, and when Senate Majority Leader McConnell caught wind of the meeting, he was thrilled to attend. "As a proud alumna, it is an honor to represent our university in our nation's capital," said Stephanie Penn, 09B, press secretary in the Off ce of U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell. "I'm grateful the University of Louisville prepared me for my career and life beyond campus, especially with the unique opportunity to work alongside UofL alumni on Capitol Hill and serve our commonwealth and country."
