Blaine Hudson 74E, 75GE, dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, is a co-author of Two Centuries of Black Louisville: A Photographic History. Hudson is an expert on fugitive slaves and the Underground Railroad. He is author of the Encyclopedia of the Underground Railroad and Fugitive Slaves and the Underground Railroad in the Kentucky Borderland.
