Now & Then The Ville Grill
Ville Grill, August 23, 2011 Located on the west side of Belknap Campus, the Ville Grill is the newest dining facility on campus (construction completed summer of 2010). Students, faculty, staff and the community can enjoy a wide variety of culinary options and "eat green" to support UofL sustainability initiatives. At Ville Grill, kitchen waste is composted, 25 percent of food is sourced locally, vegetarian options abound and all dinnerware is non-disposable.
