Judith (Herdt) Dressel, 73A, is assistant director of development for Fulton School of Liberal Arts in Salisbury, Md. J. Mark Robinson, 73L, was re-elected president of the River Ridge Development Authority Board of Directors for the ninth year. He is the manag- ing attorney of Indiana Legal Services, Inc. Hon. Stephen M. George, 74A, 76L, was elected to a two-year term as president of the Kentucky Circuit Judges Association. Ron Lamb, 74DMD, was elected to the National Board of the Christian Dental Society and received the Humanitar- ian Award from the ADA. He is president and founder of World Dental Relief. 1950s Ronald Wayne Taintor, 52MD, was visited by his chil- dren in Minnesota to celebrate his 90th birthday. His wife, Berget, passed away in 2012 after 62-1/2 years of marriage. 1960s Ann Lawson Adamek, 62A, 69GK, has been accepted a second time as an exhibiting artist in Louisville Visual Art As- sociation's Artebella Program. Peter Mullen, 65A, lives in Callahan, Fla., and is a professor at Florida State College, active in numerous organizations, and commissioned by Kentucky Governor Steven L. Beshear as a Kentucky Colonel. Edwin S. Hopson, 67A, 69L, was listed in Kentucky Super Lawyers in the Labor and Employment Law category and is ranked among the top 10 lawyers in Kentucky. J. Vincent Aprile II, 68L, with Lynch, Cox, Gilman, and Goodman P.S.C. in Louisville, was re-appointed co-chair of the Ethics Advisory Committee of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. M. Calien Lewis, 68A, 69GA, retired after 16 years as executive director of the Maine Bar Foundation. Lewis received the 2014 Howard H. Dana, Jr. Award. 1970s John Brasch, 71S, president of Brasch Constructors, Inc. was awarded four new construction projects, three in Louisville and one in Bowling Green. Class Notes What's new? Mary Grace Feltham, 77A, 87ME, retired from Jefferson County Public Schools after 29 years, the last 15 years as a high school guidance counselor. She is now a realtor with Jan Scholtz Realtors. James Lawler, 77GE, has had several critical publications presented at the Universidad Nacional Major de San Marcos and several other universities in Lima, Peru. Merrily Orsini, 77GK, Core- cubed president/ CEO and aging care marketing expert, spoke about preventing and responding to elder fi nancial exploitation at the American Society on Aging Conference. Bruce Kleinschmidt, 78L, is glad to be back in Louisville where he is nearly retired and serves as a caregiver for his parents. Saeed Assef, 79GS, received the Distinguished Engineer in Public Sector Award from the Kentucky section of the American Society of Civil Engineers. 1980s Alan Roth, 80MD, has provided medical care to the Louisville Ballet Professional Company since 1986 and was recently elected to serve on their board of trustees. Robert Philpott, 80GS, was promoted to EMC distinguished engineer at RSA, where he designs strong authentica- tion and identity management security products. Laura Ross, 81GA, is the recipient of a 2013 Governor's Awards in the Arts for her lifetime achievement as a studio artist. DeWitt Black, 81GK, was named 2014 Social Worker of the Year by the National Association of Social Workers North Carolina Chapter. Mary Henry, 81B, and Theresa Hommrich, 97B, have created The Louisville Quest!, a scavenger hunt, historical sightseeing tour, and race in downtown Louisville. Jefferey M. Yussman, 82L, is treasurer for the Special Needs Alliance at Wyatt Tarrant and Combs, LLC. Paul B. Whitty, 83L, was installed as the honorary chief at the 3rd Irish Whitty Rally in Wexford, Ireland. Thomas Kayrouz, 84MD, was appointed VP of medical affairs at AnMed Health, the largest independent, not-for-profi t health system in South Carolina. Dennis Horlander, 74B, Kentucky State Representative, was named 2013 Legislator of the Year by the Kentucky Association of Career Colleges and Schools, and the "Friend of Kentucky Cities" award from the Kentucky League of Cities.
