Now & Then Graduation 2012
Graduation Grins On May 12, friends and families cheered as approximately 2,000 UofL students received diplomas in two separate ceremonies at the KFC Yum! Center. President James Ramsey presided at both events, and College of Business Professor Van Clouse, who was recently named 2012 Trustees Award winner, spoke on behalf of faculty. Tara Schapmire, a doctoral graduate from the Kent School of Social Work, was student speaker for the morning ceremony. Deep Aggarwal, recipient of a bachelor's degree in economics from the College of Business, spoke at the afternoon event.
