At the Off ce of Alumni
Relations and Annual Giving,
it is our goal to keep you
connected with your alma
mater in ways that are
meaningful to you. Whether
that be involvement in a local
alumni chapter or council,
engaging in one of our career
networking opportunities,
supporting the university
f nancially, or cheering on
the Cardinals at a game
watch, our charge as an off ce is to serve as the bridge between
alumni and their alma mater.
We're a growing organization — we add more alumni each
year, and we're building our network and creating new
engagement opportunities for alumni to connect with the
University of Louisville. We have regional and national
chapters for alumni who leave Louisville but f nd that UofL
never leaves them. Summer is a wonderful time to explore
these engagement opportunities either in Louisville or
wherever your life and career may have taken you. To learn
more, visit UofLalumni.org/network.
I would like to formally congratulate the nearly 3,000
graduates who earned degrees in May, and I also look forward
to welcoming our incoming students and their parents this
summer during our annual Welcome Week Alumni BBQ in
August. Should there be a student send-off in your area, I
hope you will attend as an alumni representative and show
your Cardinals pride. Also, save the dates of Oct. 17–22 for
Homecoming week.
I look forward to working with each of you in the
upcoming year.
